From the headwaters of the Russian River in Mendocino County we’ll guide you 65 miles south southwest through the ancient Santa Rosa floodplains to a fog-kissed hilltop above Blutcher Creek, the southernmost tributary of the Russian River. For this exploration, we are choosing the most transparent of our varietals: Chardonnay. We believe this varietal exemplifies what is so enigmatic and powerful in its expression of varied terror influences. We also believe these wines display a full command of the complexity of what the Russian River is all about.
